Who has rocked the red carpet so far this week? A bunch of stars at the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala in Beverly Hills, including "Gossip Girl" actress Leighton Meester. She looked like an Upper East Side princess in a light blue Elie Saab dress.
What other stars made an impression? Carey Mulligan with her tousled hair, Halle Berry in beautiful sequins, and a few other starlets.
