Reese Witherspoon attended the Avon Foundation Gala held in Manhattan last night looking sexy in a figure-hugging corset and champagne skirt. We knew her sexy side was in there somewhere!
A representative for Reese recently shot down reports the actress is heading down the aisle to wed her agent boyfriend. A source told Us Weekly magazine, "Jim is ready (for marriage)... (Witherspoon) is happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down."


However, the actress' spokesperson has dismissed the claims, telling People.com, "They are not engaged."
