Shakira was in Cannes Saturday night for the NRJ awards, held at the Palais de Festivals in the French Riviera town, rocking the red carpet in a sparkly black dress. Shakira performed two songs at the event and also picked up two awards, International Female Artist Of The Year and International Song Of The Year for her hit single, "Waka Waka."
